What is Web Accessibility?

This solution utilizes two applications that together achieve compliance: the interface and AI-powered processes. The interface is a session-based design and UI adjustment tool that makes accessibility modifications based on a user's individual needs. All adjustments are compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA & AAA requirements. The AI machine learning technology uses contextual understanding and computer vision to address the complex, back-end requirements needed for screen reader and keyboard navigation adjustments. The solution will re-scan and re-analyze your website every 24 hours to ensure that all content updates and adjustments made to a website are accessible and compliant as well.

How does it work, and what will I get?

Effortless Implementation

We will handle the implementation of this solution which will scan, analyze, and fix accessibility compliance gaps in up to 48 hours. Upon implementation, the interface will allow people with disabilities to adjust your website according to their needs, without interfering with a website’s codebase, loading times, UI, or design.

Accessibility Statements and Compliance Audits

You will have access to documents proving that your website is fully compliant. An accessibility statement will be available via the interface on your website at all times, and additional compliance audits will be provided by Pinevision.

Ongoing Compliance & AI-powered Processes

After the initial implementation, the solution will re-scan and re-analyze your website every 24 hours. It also uses contextual understanding, OCR, and image recognition AI technologies to ensure that all content updates and adjustments made to a website are accessible and compliant as well.

Litigation Support

This solution remediates your site to make it accessible and compliant. With this being said, a legal claim can still be made by anyone anywhere for any reason. The accessibility statement and monthly compliance audits should be enough to stop any claim on its track, but in the rare case that they do not, we will provide you with litigation support to help you prove your case.
